The plummer arrived on time. He was well spoken and polite as I explained my situation. I had water from the washer backing up into the the shower. He explained the course of action he would take and what may be the problem. He wore shoe covers in my house and was was gentle and respectful when moving my alliances. Success! The drain was cleared the he cleaned up the workspace. I recommend Bigos for your plumbing needs. They were recommended to me before I called.
