moon_and_stars 95 review about company Scott's Septic Tank Pumping

HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE customer service. I had an appointment with Darren at 9am this morning, he was running late (which is fine as it was raining) but come 9:30, we start calling, getting all of our called forwarded to voicemail, at 10:15 we finally get ahold of Darren who claims that we don't have our address posted (which it is posted on a green mailbox at the end of our driveway) so he left and says "he wasted the gas on me so he can't come back to the address", then proceeds to tell me that he quoted me wrong and it would be more expensive than the price he originally gave me anyway. This is the most disgusting service I've ever encountered, I will be posting this everywhere, so disappointed.
