Jenna Michelle Pink review about company Pink Plumbing

Warning do not use Pink Plumbing Derby. We hired Phillipa in August for a 10 day job to renovate our bathroom. We have instead been left with a 3 month disaster that she made no physical attempt to fix despite bringing several men round to try and convince us the problem was just being perfectionist. The mess we have been left with includes grout that runs down the walls when wet, a toilet that was removed for over 10 days and then wouldn't flush away when installed when resulted in a waste pipe leak through our kitchen ceiling. Holes in the bathroom floor and our ceiling. No shower. Cracked and scratched shower cubicle, poorly cut trim, cracks in tiles, leaking pipes, leaking bath waste and a shower waste not correctly fitted that would have come through the ceiling if we actually had a shower fitted, toilet wall cistern incorrectly screwed on and loose which could have fallen off on top of our children and an external waste pipe that is falling off the house. This all which is apparently a "finished job except a few small touches" after the job took 4 weeks because the workmen frequently turned up for half days only and some days not at all. The men smoked on our property and were rude when asked not to. Other professionals we have had out to assess the job have said the work is "some of the worst plumbing" they have seen. I am currently in late pregnancy and have had numourous complications since this work has started that my doctors have repeatedly said stress is contributing to. Phillipa promised us a full refund, we offered to pay for any useable materials but she refused to provide any receipts for anything she had bought. She since had been blocking our calls and no refund has materialised. Please seriously reconsider hiring Pink Plumbing. She will damage your home.
