Jason Kettle review about company Emergency Plumber in Grantham / Active Heat

Made a call to this number at 6pm on a Saturday - which I appreciate is late, but for an emergency plumber, thought would be understandable. Said they would find out if an engineer was available in Grantham and quoted a call out fee but never heard back from them. We called back an hour later after no response, and phone call was not answered - luckily we had since made our own arrangements and repair.
