H Greg Miller review about company Rooterguy llc

Started out great. Quick response to my request for a Back Flow install estimate. Kris was very professional and turned around the estimate quickly. Then it went down hill from there when the owner became involved. I called to schedule the work and the owner said he could not honor the estimate. He promised that he would call me back the next day to give me a new estimate, but I am still awaiting that call back. I understand the estimate may have needed to be adjusted, but follow through is key to me as a consumer.
