Charlotte Barratt review about company Harisons

I have given 1 star because I can not give 0. This company made my mother pay £1140 upfront for a boiler at a 'discounted' rate. for it never to have been fitted because of multiple excuses. I have now had to contact trading standards and open up an investigation with them and my bank because they are unable to give me a refund. Excuse after excuse as to why they can not refund us.
