Bridget Lewis review about company FRE Plumbing Service Inc.

Had some new bathroom faucets installed. No complaints with the initial install or service. However, just a couple of weeks after installation, one of the faucet handles became loose. Not long after, it came completely off. I called and set up an appointment, but the technician never arrived. When I called the office the following day, as it was after hours the day before by the time the technician was late, I had to leave a message as there was no answer. After two days of no return phone call, I called again with the same results. I have since left several messages, none of which have been returned. I have since had another plumber fix the issue, but I would not recommend this company to anyone who wants quality work done by people who stand behind their work. Maybe it was a fluke, but I’ve never had a company just flat out ignore me before.
