OMG! I wish I had read the reviews here before calling on this plumbing company to fix my clogged kitchen sink. The only reason why I called them it’s because my builder Ryan Homes used them for plumbing matters in my new home! Never will I ever use them or recommend to anyone. Horrible service. Paid over $200 to the plumber to get my sink unclogged and the plumber spent an hr and half and still wasn’t ever to fix the sink. Instead I decided to try the liquid plumbing drano which cost only $3.99 and the sink magically started working the next day. I called the manager and requested some credit back since their plumber wasn’t able to fix the issue and she said “NO”. Well, lesson learned. I’m a believer in the law of Karma. Thank you Bryant Group for showing me how desperate of a company you guys are when in comes to making money out of your customers without good services and not paying attention to customer satisfaction!!
