Had this company once to do a job. Very pleased. Rang them last week and arranged for them to come between 10 & 12 to look at a leak in loft. Didn't turn up! Husband rang and was informed engineer off sick. Sent someone else - here 10 mins, went to get part from Screwfix 6 mins away and came back 40 mins later after my husband rang main office to see where he was. Told them not to bother with job. He came back and tried to charge us £60!!! Wouldn't recommend.
