Workers failed to contact area businesses to warn them of impending loud construction work that might impede operations. The contractors proceeded to jackhammer into a wall during normal business hours disrupting area business. Workers were rude and unsympathetic to complaints made by a local business that was forced to suspend operations due to their disruptive activities.
