Long story of a defective water softner that didn't work and they didn't fix. Hard water etched the new shower door. Didn't answer their phone. Finally did bring out a new part after the thing stopped running and it worked for about 6 weeks. Bot a new one from a company that answers the phone and services the equipment. The first sofrner was $800 and the next was $1000. High price for soft water. Showere door is permanently etchted.
