I was driving our special needs daughter home from school this afternoon. She was sat in the back of her motability vehicle that I was driving. A man driving one of the van's from this company pulled up beside us as we came to a stop at the main roundabout on Hagley Road. We were in the left lane to go straight on towards Dudley and Merry Hill. The van from this company was in the right hand lane (to turn right only) up towards Queens Way. For some reason, the individual driving the van then beeped us as we went straight on and he (incorrectly) also went straight on towards Merry Hill and Dudley right behind us!. Yet we were in the correct lane and he was actually in the wrong lane. So, please be aware of using this company when they employ individuals who possess this kind of mentality. As God only knows what his problem was and why he beeped us!.
