I used Automatic to install two toilets in the spring. When I awoke this morning to my downstairs heat not working, I gave them a call. They responded earlier than they originally thought. Michael, the tech, spotted what was wrong and took care of the repairs in a timely manner. Definitely considering signing up for their preventive maintenance programs he told me about.
