I agree with Jerry...don't use him. All I needed Fred to fix was a couple burst pipes. After driving up from Phoenix to meet him, he takes a look at our boiler and decides he does not want to do the work because he does not understand how our system works. You don't need to know how the boiler works to fix the pipes lol. Again, go elsewhere.
