John and Brandon were both very pleasant and knowledgeable. They were both prompt and courteous and helped me get my garbage disposal fixed. They have a great free inspection service and helped inform me about certain things that I needed to get fixed and didn't press or pressure me into doing anything that I didn't want/feel comfortable with (unlike most companies/services these days..).
