We had PooMan Pumping Service come To our location today. The service person, Jose, was super friendly and professional. This is our first home with a septic tank system and Jose answered all of our questions and gave us helpful advise on system maintenance. The tank service was excellent and we are loyal customers now. Very happy with the quality of service and pricing was competitive. The service staff that answers the phone was also very friendly and handled scheduling efficiently and quickly. This kind of customer service seems to have become so rare these days.
