Carla Gahm review about company Jonovich Companies, Inc.

Despite the fact that other people in town had told me they overcharged I had to call Jonovich because the jobs I needed done were on a tight timeline and I couldn't get ahold of any other plumbers. Jonovich has done three jobs for me, I received little to no communication regarding what needed done nor any estimated cost. After the first job I asked the person who took my payment over the phone to please mail the receipt to me...never saw it. After the second job and phone payment she offered to email me the receipt and took my email address...never saw anything. After the third job the plumber took my check, left the receipt, but didn't bother explaining what the charges were for, nor how they added up. I've since had MUCH better experiences with Earthquest Plumbing in Globe!
