Matthew Herschede review about company Sunrise Plumbing Co
I called them yesteday, 20SEP at 2 PM because I had broken a cartridge in my bathtub, and had to have the water main turned off. I was told they would find me a technician, call me back with the details, and get them out to my place as quickly as possible. 30 minutes later, I had not heard from them at all, and when I called, there was no answer. I received a call back a few minutes later and was told a technician would be at my house around 4:30 PM. I told them that I would need to leave at 4:45 to pick up my kids and I would be back no later than 5:15. They said they'd try to get them there sooner. They called me at 4 PM and told me the tecnician was on the way. I called them at 4:45 and they told me the technician would be there waiting on me when I got back from picking up my kids. I called at 5:04 when I got back and they told me he'd be there in 10 minutes. I called at 6 PM and they were closed. This is not "dependable". This wasted an entire afternoon that I could have paid someone else so that my family didn't have to endure no water for a day. Also told me the minimum charge was $170 or so. Won't be doing business with this organization ever again.
As a consumer, I have the right to know what I am paying for and to try to get the best price for the products & services I spend my hard earned cash...
Have used Sunrise for years they are honest and dependable and do great work!
Called them in about 3 weeks ago to unplug our main sewer line and they seemingly did a good job. They charged us $168. They even claimed to have a 90...
