We were informed about his arrival time, and Konstantin explained clearly what the issues were so that we felt comfortable with the expenses. Konstantin is professional and respectful. He wore shoe covers indoor all the time and packed up the old pump cleanly after the work was done. We definitely recommend Emergency Plumbing.
