Francisco Martinez review about company A-1 Pumping & Repair

RUN AWAY!!!Unless you have sanity, money and self respect to spare.. A1Septic(MR. Jeff and crew) took two thousand dollars from me early December of 2018 during the heavy rains with a promise and commitment to fix my lines and drain fill (and like every other negative review) once they had my money, they made excuses after excuses not to finish the job. I hate to bring my religion into this but I truly believed Mr. Jeff was a trustworthy man and even prayed that he would do the right thing but even up until last week he was promising that he would reimburse my money but to no avail. They started off jetting lines(multiple times) knowing very well that that would not work. finally told him to re do lines( also important that you know Mr. Jeff sub contracts all the work from pumping to digging new line) and he kept giving me excuses after excuses for months( the main reason is that he had my money and he did not want to credit or reimburse me any of my money)knowing very well that I would eventually tire and find someone else and unfortunately that is what happened. The person that put in my lines explained to me that he use to do contract work for Jeff but stopped because of his unethical practices. I was even willing to have him do some plumbing work to make up for the work that he did not finish but again promise after promise and nothing. He will be reported to the BBB and litigation will follow. Please heed my warning. I will continue to re-post this message with pictures of his texts promising me reimbursement.
