Nicole Chastain review about company Huffaker Plumbing & Heating

Unbelievable! DO NOT USE HUFFAKER. I called Huffaker because our line was backed up on March 12. They charged me $263 to "clear" our line. Now, 3 weeks later, I am paying Roto Rooter $320 to clear our line that was never properly cleared by Huffaker 3 weeks earlier. I called Huffaker to come back out before calling Roto Rooter and he told me there was no guarantee on their work and that I would have to pay him again to do the same thing he didn't do right the first time. If a sock or toy or some large object was stuck that shouldn't be in a drain, I would understand the recharge. Roto Rooter pulled more gunk out that wasn't pulled the first time. Furthermore, he told me he was too busy around the house to get to it today and wouldn't be able to come out til the next day (my tenants had been without sewage since the night before already). So now I have paid $583 to have a pipe cleared. Huffaker is absolutely horrible; do NOT use them.
