Devin Kouten review about company B K Plumbing

BK Plumbing, Shawn, was sent from Ol Republic Home Warranty to look at our toilet. He was rude, prejudice, lied to our home warranty stating that our cracked toilet tank was too big of a problem. He refused to help us because my husband is African-American. He actually turned the water back on and flushed the toilet leading it to reflood our bathroom. Stay away from this company!!
