I am very disappointed with the customer service that I have received from your company, to the point that I will NEVER willingly work with you again. The lack of professionalism and organization was such a huge waste of my time. A week and a half ago I called to have a carpet installed. I gave them the item number, explained that this was for a commercial space and that we needed it done as soon as possible as it was very time sensitive. They said they could have someone come the next day and measure the space. The next day a man came measured the floor and said someone would call me within 24 hours. Two days later I still hadn’t received a call so I called only to be transferred, transferred again, hung up on, and finally after calling back again reach a voicemail. I left a message on the following business day I still had not received a call. I called back. Was again put on hold, transferred, put on hold, and THEN told that our order couldn’t be completed because the measurements that had been taken were taken by the residence department and they couldn’t use it for a commercial space. They then had ANOTHER person come the next day to take the measurements AGAIN. This time the man said he knew all about the mix up and would make sure someone called me within 24 hours. This was Tuesday. Wednesday I still hadn’t heard anything so I called explained the situation and was transferred to the individual in charge of “expedited” orders – this turned out to be a voicemail. I left a message. Thursday I still had not heard from Home Depot. I called and explained my situation they said they needed to transfer me and hung up on me. I called back and asked to speak to a manager, after being transferred the “acting manager” got on the phone. I explained my situation and what a huge waste of my time dealing with them had been. He said that he wasn’t sure if he’d “be able to help” me and that he needed to get in touch with someone else. He said he would call back in ten minutes. 30 minutes later I received a call, the “acting manager” said my order was ready to go and offered me 20% off for wasting my time. Promising to “call right back” he went to adjust my quote and set up an install time. After an hour and a half I was finally told that they would call me back to set up the install date which wouldn’t be for 7 to 10 business days. The next morning I called to find out the status. I was put on hold for ten minutes at the end of which they still could tell me nothing. I requested a manager and was put on hold AGAIN. Finally reaching the manager I was told that the carpet company would call when they received the carpet to set up the install. I was put on hold while she checked to find out when they would receive the carpet. Telling me they would receive it on Monday she said that she would call back then and set up the install time. When I said I wanted to set up the install time now she said that she wouldn’t because they didn’t have the carpet in hand. She then told me that they were being very efficient considering it was only going to take five business days. I said, “No, it seems quick but in actuality it will have been over three weeks just to set up the install date.” Again she said she would call Monday. The hold “music” is an out of tune radio station which is mostly static.

All Home Depots are pretty bad and useless. This one here totally screwed me over after paying a carpet installation. They promised 7 days, came back...

I paid them almost 3K to renovate a counter-top and they literally have disappeared for over a month.... Very frustrating.
