Tom Dorn review about company Home Services at The Home Depot

Now that I have calmed down after waisting 1.5 hours at HD trying to find out where my special order patio doors that were advertised to take 21 days to complete and are now going on 6 weeks. I went to 4 different C/S personnel at HD Washington Avenue to find out where my doors due in today 11/8 were and couldn't get a straight answer other than maybe they will come in on 11/13. I had contractors lined up for tomorrow AM to install the doors now have to pay a penalty and reschedule them. With all the business I do with HD on 3-5 homes I was hoping for better. Time to take my business to Bellevue Builders, they care. They took my $ the day I ordered doors and I guess that's all they care about.
