Xuan Nguyen review about company Roto-Rooter

I'm surprised this place is still in business! Got them to come to my home to fix a clogged pipeline from one of my bathrooms. They did all sorts of digging and found something wrong with my OTHER bathroom and decided to fix that instead (on their own of course, I was not kept in the loop about what they were doing to my home). And STILL never fixed the one I called them for! Things ended with them calling a lawyer out because we didn't want to pay them for not fixing our problem! Will never do business with them again and they are are a horrible company. It's horrible how some companies will trick and deceive people into using their business.
