Brenda Hinton review about company Hyde Park Plumbing & Heating Limited

There is no communication within this company. We had simple bathroom shower head and hand held shower bar replacement, grab bar and seat in shower stall to be installed. Plumbers arrived with wrong taps, had to go back, also mirrors we were replacing, came back with the plumbers, not our mirrors, told shower seat had to be installed above lip in shower lip but standing and looking did not realise seat too high, luckily we are tall enough to touch floor while seated. Grab bar installed, not level, but adjusted on next visit. Told mirrors would be here 2 weeks later, removed original mirror and took away, opened new mirrors, damaged, not their faullt but we are without bathroom mirrors for 2 weeks. And were assured someone would keep us up to date. No phone calls for 2 weeks although we called for updates and were assured someone would call is back. Mirrors arrived but not as expected and no calls to warn us plumbers arriving in morning at 8.30am, with only 1 mirror not 2 now we are waiting for another mirror and no idea when it will be installed. I feel sorry for the plumbers as they are always the bearers of bad news. The company should make it their priority to keep people updated. Would never use this company again
