Melinda Merritt review about company Southern Goodman Mechanical
Finally, a service technician that I felt confident with. If you have had any dealings with Southern Goodman in the last three years you understand my less than stellar opinion of the company. I had water damage from an improper install, a unit 3 days old that didn't work and a $189.00 service charge they thought I would pay to repair the new unit. Technicians and office personnel including managers that have been rude and uninterested in making the customer happy are an understatement until today!!! I could not be more pleased with Bradley, he was efficient, courteous, willing to explain in layman terms what was wrong and what needed to happen to get the unit in working order. Bradley clearly understood my frustration with my unit, the office personnel and the other technicians. His promise to make things right was followed up by telling me he would call and check on the unit during our next cold wave. I believe he will. I highly recommend you request him for your repair needs. Thank you Bradley for giving me faith in your company.
