Complete cowboys. Charged nearly £300 just to give a false report and shut the boiler off. After getting a 2nd and 3rd opinion we have found that everything they said was lies and they had clearly made up issues to try and get more work Said that the boiler had a defective connection from the flue to the boiler, the flue needed to be vertical instead of horizontal and also that it needed to be moved to the kitchen before it would be safe. All of this wasn’t true and now they are avoiding any contact. Avoid.
