I couldn't get a straight forward answer from them over the phone. Didn't try to understand my issue. Eventually hung up on me because a 3 minute phone call was wasting their time. I just needed a ballpark pricing on replacing a fridge waterline valve. Very rude.

Fast, easy, efficient work. Would have preferred lower pricing. Replaced old outdoor faucet (corroded and not working) cost just over $270.
