Jan Gray review about company Just Drains

I'd do no stars if I could. This company needs a new receptionist. I was told I need to know where the drain out is for my plumbing, which I don't, then I was asked where my stack pipe is. I said I have no idea what a stack pipe is and was told I should probably call another company, because they need to know those things before they'll come out. What a customer deterrent! Call another company which has employees that are trained to find these things.
