Mark Barrett review about company Clements Plumbing & Heating
Dreadful experience. Fitted a bathroom and everything went wrong: bath leaked; toilet leaked; damage to existing carpets during building work; shower flowed into our living-room through the ceiling; bath-tap doesn't work (even after Shaun charged us an extra £30 to fix it); shower-screen not sealed correctly leading to mould build-up within weeks; bathroom unit poorly assembled etc. The worst thing, though, is that he is clearly screening our calls and not answering, then not getting back to us when we leave messages. We understand that mistakes can happen, but deliberately poor customer service is unforgivable.
