I paid $350 to have my drain cleaned after it started backing up. 3 weeks later, it backed up again. Someone else cleaned it and said there were several spots where there were still blockages. I sent an email asking if there was a warranty on their work and never got a response. A complete waste of money with bad customer service to top it off.
