Jeffrey Fines review about company Plumbing Express Inc

After today's experience with a representative of this company, I will not utilize their services nor recommend them to anyone. The lady on the phone was rude, crude and lacking in professionalism. Although, I am a tenant and not the homeowner, the property is owned by our family member. Plumbing Express sent a technician out who was pressed for time and clearly was not interested in our business. He mentioned he had another job in Walnut Creek and unfortunately, we reside in Berkeley. Apparently, they are understaffed. This however, didn't warrant the lady on the phone to address me as though I was less than. Her attitude was that I didn't matter. She ignorantly assumed that I was unable or not going to pay for services rendered. Her clan like tone suggested that she felt entitled to treat me like she was superior. Initially, I wanted to resort in a language that we rattle her, but I stayed true to myself. I immediately, contacted my sister and had them CANCELLED. PLUMBING EXPRESS will not get this money.
