Kenneth Johnson review about company Plumbing Knight Inc

Waited from 11am until 2pm for Plumbing Knight to arrive. No show, and more importantly, no phone call from them to apologize and reschedule. Gave up at 3pm to head to doctors appointment. Finally got a call back at 3:30pm to reschedule four days from now. Basic unprofessionalism.
