We called for an estimate and the time window was merely the "afternoon." So we waited from 12-6 pm, and no one showed up and there was no phone call. I can't comment on their service b/c I wasn't willing to give them a second chance. Their website seemed great, so I had such high hopes for them. Very disappointed.
