Friendly receptionist, friendly technician and prompt. Was wanting to give 5 star however, Technician billed me for two hours but was only here an hour.
Great company. Very knowledgeable. Called in the morning and had heat that afternoon. Great at troubleshoot before coming out. Went over basic problems before going further. Thanks Guys
This company was great! Mel asked the right questions to make sure my appointment was on time. They got the parts and returned in the same day! Also they gave me info on the humidifier and hot water tank just for my awareness ! My furnace is working great! You’re lucky if you get Ken as your repair guy!

Awesome work by the service guy but when asked about the bill the owner flat out refused to break down the amounts for parts and labor. There is no such thing as paying for the actual time spent on a job. They have a fee schedule for each job according to an ‘average amount ‘ of time spent, which is just not realistic. This leads to double billing. Pay 4 hours for a 30 minute job and then charge the next guy for time you are still paying for. Stay away!
