I have used Dupras for both plumbing and heating issues and they are a company that cares about their customers. There work has always been exceptional.

They have always been fast kind courteous and very reasonable. And done a great job!!

If I could give them no stars I would. The completely disregarded my calls on a furnace they installed in the house I just bought. So in the dead of winter I had no heat for 2 days with a 1 yr old in the house. Luckily the furnace tells you what's wrong and I bought a new pressure switch and did it myself. But now the new switch has went and the only thing that I can tell is wrong is the inlet and outlet pipes are the same. They came out of the top and spliced them together and ran it out of the house no regard for the fact the furnace is now recycling it's own exhaust and pumping through my house. Horrible customer service and obviously can't finish a job right. Hands down will never be getting a job order from me.

they have no real heating experience. They piece together jobs and cut corners. They demand money up front for bigger jobs, do not finish, then walk away. Their plumbing was don't improperly in several areas and did not pass code. The inspector missed the issues until they came back the second time. The workers would not come back and fix.
