Fox Plumbing Inc

We called Fox to clear a drain under a kitchen sink. We got a text from the gate when the plumber arrived, but he didn't come to our home. I saw his truck about 5 houses away for over a half hour. Then he came here, cleared the drain in 45 minutes, no parts needed. We were charged $230. The plumber told his office he was here for an hour and a half. I guess he included the time he ate his breakfast and played with his phone in the truck. I called the company to complain. They are doing nothing about it. It appears to be thievery to me. Avoid this dishonesty and don't get ripped off like I did.

Called in the morning and they were out early afternoon to replace my water heater. Reasonable price and a terrific plumber! Gary is the best !!

We setup the appointment a week in advance for 3pm with Wendy.. Eddie the plumber shows up at 1pm and our counters were not completed. I instructed to wait 15 minutes and they would be done. Eddie told me the truck has make $125 and he would be back after his next job. I called the office and Wendy answered the phone, she told me my wife called her and said it would be OK to come early. This is impossible since she was with patients all day. When my wife called to speak with Wendy, her response was their was a miscommunication. Obviously, someone else must of called about their job and she got confused. She told me it was too late to send Eddie back and we should call ECM or some other plumber. So now we are without a working faucet for 3 days because it is a 3 day weekend. Instead of admitting her mistake, she tried to blame it on us. Eddie lied to Wendy and made up some story about counters would not be done for at least a day. A company that does not value their customers, I would stay away!

Fair prices and great service. The only plumber to use, the best people in town.

I don’t know if they are good plumbers..But I can tell you that they are dangerous drivers. They don’t like cyclist and they almost hit us on purpose. So if you are crazy enough to almost hit vulnetable cyclist It tells what kind of people they must be...
