Replaced water heater, everything went very smoothly. Got appointments scheduled quick and a short 2 hour window. On time for assessment and replacement. Very pleased. I like that they text you when they are on there way with an arrival time.

They deserve -ve ratings for dishonesty. Not only they did not fix the toilet leaks in my rental after two visits, but are now stonewalling any attempts to get them to fix it by claiming that they already made 2 visits, without acknowledging that fact that they did not fix the problem during those two visits. Look elsewhere for better service.

they take your money, say it's your fault and American home shield say's they won't cover claim. 100 dollars for tech to look at toilet for 5 min., then say stress crack. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY, and it took them a week to tech to look at your problem

First American home warranty has a contract with this company. our water heater went out because the part where the pilot went out. My husband had to leave out of town and i didn't want to be out of water for so many days. so i decided to call the home warranty. This company came out to my house. they purposely broke everything. so i could be replaced. I have been with out hot water a week. they home warranty said it will take at least two more weeks. Dishonest company's like this. that take advantage of situations like this is horrible. They said the venting is not up to code. the stride pad , waterline, gas line, value flex line, and other things all have to be replaced. when my husband has replaced them all. and they said it was leaking. when it is not. Don't call this company. i will be sure to report them to the Better Bushiness Bureau. & Make sure the Home Warranty company stops using them.
