Terrible customer service and WAY OVERPRICED. I went on vacation last week out of the country and sometime during that week my 80 year old mother in laws water heater stopped working. Kastle Plumbing came out and charged her $140 to re-ignite the pilot light and then when the water heater went out again the next day came back and replaced the entire unit with a Bradford White 30 gallon gas water heater for $980. When i re-entered the country my mother in law informed me that she had the water heater replaced and needed the money to pay the company. I just replaced the water heater in my own home using Lowes and got a name brand Kenmore 30 gallon water heater installed for $350. My mother in law is 80 years old, just had a pace maker put into her heart last month, and lives off social security. Kastle plumbing did not communicate with her that their prices are inflated and took advantage of her. When I called to see if they would price match the cost of the water heater so that I could recoup some of her money (because she cant even afford to buy herself groceries or toilet paper) I was told that they dont do cost breakdowns like that-- its all one lump sum. She could not tell me how much the water heater cost and how much the labor was. Absolutely shady. Who doesn't do a cost breakdown for how much was spent in labor....

I called kastle to snake 3 drains 1 which was draining slow and 2 just as preventative. I was quoted one price over the phone. The man who came was very nice and completed the work but at the end I was told a different price (double my over the phone quote). I called the office to get clarification on why the price was double and was given an apology for the confusion. My recommendation would be to double and triple check the cost before work is started.

They're timely, friendly, and seem transparent on what they're doing. I can't comment on their price because I rent, but my landlord continues to use them exclusively.

On 8-1-18 we had a problem with our restroom. We called Kastle Plumbing and they responded quickly to our emergency. They had us back up and running within an hour. We feel the pricing was great and the service was excellent. I would highly recommend Kastle Plumbing for any plumbing needs. Thanks again to the staff at Kastle Plumbing.

Great experience- had a receptionist answer the phone and get the appointment set up- no calling and leaving messages and trying to chase them down. The guys arrived on time, worked quickly and courteously... and the quote was accurate and fair. Couldn’t ask for more- will use them again!
